Cancellation Policy for Farrad
At Farrad, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and distributors. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Once the cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Shipment:
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may proceed with a return request (refer to our Return Policy for further details).
3. Bulk/Wholesale Orders:
Bulk orders are subject to a 24-hour cancellation window from the time the order is confirmed. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
Any customized or special-order items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production begins.
